Clean sands bed live stock

Can someone recommend any clean sands bed live stock ? Cause I new and don't know much about the LS, please attach photo if possible. Thank you very much.

Most common and imo useful sand bed cleaner, nassarius snail. Very commonly available and cool to watch when they detect food on the sandbed as they emerge.

Second wouls be sand dollar. They help stir the sand bed and eat detritus.

Or if a sea cucumber would also be good if your tank is big enough.

Sand sifting star would be a good option but get just one as they really do a good job cleaning or at least moving the sand bed and then end up starving themselves.

I totally agree. My sand bed also very clean by this goby. Other sand sifting species simply are not as hardworking from my personal experience.

Easily $5 - $10. A cheap fish for such a power cleaner. I always sing praise of diamond goby You can usually find them at Ah Beng and CF.

I keep a bunch of sand shifting star in my tank. Cleans up my sandbed really well and they provide a steady supply of food for my pair of harlequin shrimp.

please be mindful of the size of your sand grain.

also do take note that there are alot of similar looking gobies that sift sand if you arent familiar with them.

some of them do "bomb" which means they have a mouth full of sand and start swimming around spitting them on top of your corals.

you can google abit on sand sifting gobies for a clearer idea.

Sand sifting gobies throw a lot of sand around corals. In my experience they will throw the sand onto corals which cannot remove the sand and end up causing damage to them. I think nausarius snails are the cutest haha
