In very good condition.Regularly vacuum for dust at coolin fins. Comes with the temperature controller and drop in coil. and long plug in cable. Very efficient to cool down a 5ft very fast. Will never return to a chiller if I ever set my 5ft again in future. Use to be placed beside my cabinet. need the space now. I have cling wrap the whole compressor .To arrange your own collection @ Ang Mo Kio st31, Blk 316A lift level. S562316. Pm me with contacts if keen. $800

It comes with the cooling coil, not in the picture . Enough to place beside cabinet. If u intend to place it in balcony or elsehwhere u may need additional pipes to run.
