It happened to me once when I used a brand new polyester filter sock where my skimmer is housed in the next compartment starts to skim like crazy. Only stopped after I took out the sock to wash and rinse it before use again.

3 quater the time I'm overseas.. When I'm not around, my mum n wife help me to maintain the tank.. One topup water another feed my fishes n make sure my zoas frag are not flipped.. Yes.. I know I'm fortunate n I appreciate them.. But at time ever tot of decomming.. so to save them some stress.. When I propose to them. . They scolded me badly! haha.. They make alot effort to maintain n they kind of use to it. Now they are in love too.. My fishes follow them when they are close to the fish tank.. My family loves Marine... even my dad the most " bo chup " also feed the fishes..

Sad thing is I lost alot of expensive n good zoas... But I know I can get them anytime I wanted with money. . But to get your family to support into your Marine hobby.. money doesn't do this job... priceless***

Some photo updates. .
