I could be wrong, but imo, polyp booster is essentially a concentrated form of reef roids, and would be suitable as a coral food.

Does anyone know how often to dose it? all it says is 1ml per 60 gallons.

Polyp booster have many different aminos mixed together and is suppose to use it to trigger feeding response and dose it before u want to feed corals with reefroids etc.

So u use polyp booster first, follow by reefroid or any other coral food u want to feed (:

For some reason in my case, if I were to dose daily I get high nitrate levels. I've measured my tank without dosing and get low levels. Not sure if it's meant to be dosed daily.

For me that's the only thing I give my corals.

I dose twice a week, 2 to 3 mins before feeding roids + oyster fest. 10-12 drops each time for my 30 gallon. Nitrate and phos remain the same. Good skimmer + algone + rowaphos
