wrought iron stand

hi guys manage to find a wrought iron stand for my new 4ft x2x2 tank

but now is it able to withstand the weight of the tank with evey thing in the tank ?? include a 4ft sump also

show us the bottom of the stand..

but using that kind of stand.. it will rust..

trust me.. my old tand start rusting and I'm dam worry about the rust..

bottom i not sure yet cos just saw the pic never see the whole stand think this kind can be dismanter right ?? as for rust i will coat it with a layer of paint

You may or may not be able to dismantle it. It may be wielded together for strength but you lost the ability to dismantle them.

If the stand are wielded together, then it should be able to support the weight.

If it is screwed together, then I am not sure if it'll support.

look like it is wielded on but is the wougth iron stand can withstand the weight will they bend ??

hi guys i found a 4ft stainless steel stand however it is too high for HBD flat and is for sale at less den 100 is it worth ???

i would like to know that is it possible for me to shorten the legs of the stand and will it weaken the structure of the stand ???

how high is the stand...??

cutting the stand will not make it weak.. but problem will come in if the 4 feet of the stand is not cut to level..

and result in tank not level.. then stress on one side of the tank will occur and leacking will start
