mine wp40 fail after one month and i throw it away.transfomer sparks.

I change the spoilt power supply for 1 of my WP40. Everything running great.

Now the other WP40 cannot run.

All the led like what?

What is the problem?

I had mine all led not light up, after a power trip and the wm only operates at max flow .

My wp40 wavemaker just stop working after a year of service..the control panel still in working condition..its mode is W1 S1..I think the pulsing action will shorten the motor lifespan..my the other wp40 in else mode still working fine..

Ps: xmas coming..maybe this give me a reason to get the maxspect gyre generator n try it out..

My wp40 lasted me almost a yr. The controller seems still working but not the wave maker itself. Moreover am using it for fw...

My 2 wm40 stop running last Friday. Check controller ok. One power adapter mia. Do they just sell the pump without the controller and power supply

My prob the same as yours. It's the pump but the controller works fine. Happened to my Resun 1500 also.

in my POV electrical stuffs are heng or suay. some can be good some can be bad. mine wp-40 failed within 4 months went back to auntie replaced.

Hi just to add into the survey, my WP15 is still working at 11th month now.

Mine working since November 2013. On w1 S1 mode. I have also wash a few times and put vaseline into the shaft and the strength will come back after every wash.

Heng Suay..regular cleaning of the wavemaker shd last longer..

One thing to note is that the rubber cap on the magnet (wet side) will have black substance falling out when trying to remove after using for sometime..look like ink like that as diffuse into the tank water..
