Need help on scratched glass

Was trying to clean my glass this morning. My magnetic cleaner is attached outside of the water.

So just the normal pull cleaner down into water and clean, L shaped path.

Felt the scratching vibration from the cleaner. Immediately stopped and released the cleaner and allow the wet portion of the cleaner to float up to the water surface.

Found a bloody chiton had somehow find its way into the middle portion of the cleaner. WTF?!!!!

Anyone knows who provides the service of scratch removal?
