I'm guessing its a salmon montipora digitata. Only when it grows and develops its true shape and color form then easier to see. If developed green base with bright orange polyps, forest fire digi. Shape definitely looked more monti digi than monti cap.

But it's like encrusting on my rock. Hmm shall wait and see how it develops then take a clearer pic. :)

What are those green stuff on the sand?

Ultraphos will not tumble when used in fr, that's normal. The green stuff r cyano if I'm not wrong. Can't be diatoms as diatoms is brown. Blue green cyano usually grows in dead spots in your tank. But I suspected your phosphate levels r high too since rowa has been used for 3 mths. This fellow exhausted pretty fast, gd that u r switching to ultraphos as it has color indication where expired.

Display Tank : 36" x 20" x 20" Herbie overflow box design, Sump : 36" x 21" x 17", Frag Tank : 16” x 20” x 16”, custom built by Tank Culture.

Lightings : Ecotech  Radion XR15 Pro x 2 for Main Display Tank, Inled R80 x 1 for Frag Tank.

Chiller : Dalkin 1hp compressor with build-in drop coil.

Skimmer : Skimz Octa SC205i Protein Skimmer.

FR : H2Ocean FMR75 Fluidised Media Reactor with Hailea HX-2500 (Feeder Pump) running Rowaphos.

CR : Skimz Monzter E Series CM122 Calcium Reactor.

BPR: Marine Source Biopellet  Reactor with Continuum Reef Biopellet Fuel. 

Main Return Pump : SICCE Syncra ADV 9.0 & Jebao ACQ-10000 Water Pump.

Cyano? Oh no! Tested with salifert still colorless so can't really tell what's my phos level now.

Good to hear that ultraphos will not tumble. Let's hope this will starve the algae.

Salifert phos test kit is useless.

Best is get a low range hanna phosphate checker.

Remember to change te ultraphos when it gets dirtyy yellow!

Nope never edit. Pic taken with iPhone 6. Maybe is select lowest res or led lightings.

Salifert phos test kit is useless.

Best is get a low range hanna phosphate checker.

Remember to change te ultraphos when it gets dirtyy yellow!

Tats what I feel for salifert phos test too.

Anyway just yest I got a new addition to the family. Need to feed her first before can feed my tank. :P
