Buy fish that excite YOU, and respect others' passions.

Yes, we know, there's a cheaper and prettier fish than the one were talking about. - John Coppolino

Absolutely amazed by the flashlight fish. Would be nice to have a whole school of them.
Yes if price is cheap and your tank has sufficient copepods for them to feed at night. I just hope my tank can cope. Trying to train them to feed on mysis.

Left 2pcs as of today. One fin flashlights are very seldom encountered in the trade, even in Japan. The commonly encountered flashlight species is the two fin flashlight, much more common, cheaper but also more challenging to sustain. One fin flashlights are quite costly so it's always best to do some research before buying them. Often it is necessary to feed them in total darkness before they adapt to feeding in daylight. Overall this is the preferred species even for public aquaria as they are easier to keep in captivity. Interested parties can contact me for orders, limited numbers due to arrive next week.

Quis custodiet ipsos custodes

Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don't want to impress people they don't like.
