Help! Having Problem with Brain

Just bought the attach Brain last weekend.

After a week, the flesh seems to come out.

Any idea why ?

I don see any problem with other corals.

I am using 2 X 150W MH with 20K bulb.

Water parameter seems alright.

DKH = 11

Calcium = 440

Just could not figure out wat cause it.

I don see any fish attacking it.

Most of the fish stock are

Tangs = 5

Chromis

2 cleaner shrimp

1 fire shrim

2 clown

Hmm....

maybe just a weakened specimen by the time you bought it....

That seems the best one when I choose from P... R... last weekend.

My $40 buks down the drain

I skip my 4D to buy this.

If i know I should buy 4D instead.

generally brains like these are quite hardy..hmm...

usually they do not do well coz of high nitrates..but i think your nitrates are low enough right? hmm...

really cannot tell...how about lighting?

Nitrates is almost undetectable.

I am using 2 X 150W MH.

At first I put it midway of the height of the tank where it receive lost of light. Now just move it slightly under the rock on the sand bed.

I am not sure if the light that cause it.

Some of the reefer told me that some sps such as acro cannot survive under 20K light, but i am not sure about this type of brain.
