Yes, no dead spot & no sand storm is the most ideal.. If u adjust it properly there wont be sand storm... i put all three wavemakers at the back. tuning for about half and hr.. BINGO. perfect flow. The strength of the flow and timing of the wave maker play apart too. I wish i can explain to u and help u out but its kind of difficult,. Trial and error bro.. SRC Member reefaquaria Posted July 6, 2014 SRC Member Share Posted July 6, 2014 Week and months of fighting red slime and hair algae.. I conquered all obstacles. Now tank is crystal clear with fishes and corals are happy. Nice clear tank! Can share how you fight hair algae? Thanks
viceroy
For hair algae really need time and patience.. I scrub tank spotless, and those on rocks and sand i slowly siphon it out and pluck those that are hard to remove.. Then the risky part. I blackout my tank 2-3 days to starve the algae. If hair algae a bit is ok let if grow more as when its thicker it easier to remove then i a whole cluster and they wont stick to the sand or rock that hard. SRC Member Evolutionz Posted July 9, 2014 SRC Member Share Posted July 9, 2014 Of course 2 hydra 52 Quote EvolutionZ's Floating Reef: (Decommed) EvolutionZ's 4ft shallow Mixed Reef Build :
SRC Supporter ReDDeviLs Posted July 10, 2014 SRC Supporter Share Posted July 10, 2014 2x26 will be alittle stretching depend on how you play with it, 2x52 maybe alittle overkill. Quote [ ] [ ] Reef Reefing Reefed
viceroy
But getting two 52. i can programme it not to be too strong and i have a option to upgrade to a bigger tank in the future..
