Purple tang problems

Hi all,

i've a purple tang that's been looping ard a spot (PH in particular) for the entire afternoon today. Plus its not feeding on the Nori which i've gotten for it. (which I cannot say the same for the rest of my tank inhabitants - greedy bunch of kiasu fishes!!)

any ideas on how to keep it from looking so stressed and stressin me out at the same time.

Tank conditions are betwen nominal and good i'd say.

Specific GRavity - ~ 8.0 (Took this reading in the morning before lights went on)

Just an update. My tang has miraculously decided to devour strips of Nori which i've released in the Tank earlier. These stips were way too large for the rest of my tank inhibitants to effectively chew off.

End result, the tang is happily grazing ard after a hearty meal and has not gone back to stressful and insane looping of my power head.

Interesting fact discovered by my Gf earlier on today

1) My tang takes 2 secs to circle my power head

2) My tang has been circling and looping continuously round the powerhead for at least 4~5 hrs

3) Rough estimation of the number of loops would be somewhere ard

4.5*60*60/2 = 8100 rounds............ i wonder how they keep it up
