From the pic difficult to tell ,If your clown is cover by a white slim..probably brooklynella...can use copper to treat but make sure you can catch him our and put to a quarantine tank to treat otherwise all your coral live rock will die inside.because of copper ..

Anemone doesn't affect clown fish they are use to them..

Not true. If the clownfish is weak, it will lose the protective coating that prevents the anemone stings from hurting it.
