SRC Member SunkistC Posted April 21, 2014 SRC Member Share Posted April 21, 2014 Bro are u using FR45 to run the biopellets? I am using FR45 and encounter the same problem.. wonder is it due to FR design.. cause I don't see this problem in JNS biopellet reactor. yourdi3
Hi bros. I also used to have this problem. What I did was drain of whatever liquid/water there is then start run again. It should float like what it is intended to. But once u notice that it clumps up must try to straight away deal with it. Thats my 2 cents worth, hope it helps

SRC Member SunkistC Posted April 23, 2014 SRC Member Share Posted April 23, 2014 Those JNS reactors that have built-in circulation pump don't have the crumble up issue. FR45 seems to have some "blind spot" above the black colour nozzle where the crumb will start to form and expand.

Usually crumbing of biopellet is due to dead spot or low flow as bacteria built up. Quote Tom
