Personally i'm using Zeovit Iron but seeking if there are other good alternatives.

At present I am using DSR. The stronger version of iron supplement

Before that I use Continuum and Brightwell . Can do the job also but maybe take a longer time

to reach your desire range.

No serious problem. 
No algae issue.
