Yes and no. All other fishes die when I get home. Only the blue tang I saw dashing above the water surface a few times

Maybe you have stock your tank too fast, especially for a new tank. Did you try checking your ammonia level ?

The ammonia level can rise so fast that can kill the fish almost instantly, but by the time you test it again the level might have already drop due to the bacteria .

Try to wait for a period of time before you start to add new fishes again.

I have go through the cycle. All NH4, NO2 was zero and NO3 was .5 before I add in the fish. First week I add a yellow and a blue tang. 4 days later the yellow tang rip. No white spot or dot .All parameter is ok. 3 days later I add 3 lori, 2 dispar, 3 cadinal and 1 frame. Monitor for a

week no problem.All eating.

Bro, IMHO if you want to add in so many fishes at one go, you shall do large water change for the next couple of days and montor the situation closely. I think maybe your bio load just spiked too high and the bio filter cannot take it.

Is that a biopellet? Can the biopellet outlet goes back into the skimmer inlet?

My theory is your skimmer looks like the only equipment supplying oxygen. On the same compartment if you have a biopellet producing bacteria & going into the return pump area, its going to consume most of the O2 molecules for your return flow. Unless your main tank have very aggressive turbulence on the water surface to provide oxygen, your live stocks will suffocate.
