Never encounter this in my past 2 years time by using it.

Guess u can try to pull out battery to reset?

it was in good working condition when i off it few months ago

the clock suddenly ko when i test today

how can i pull out the battery? any instruction?

Flip it

Remove the 2 black cottons to reveal the screws

Unscrew both

The clock just died on mine as well, only used for a month, but bought 6 months ago. Gave up and bought another brand of doser.
