Recommendation for HOB Refugium

Hi, can anyone recommend a Hang-on-back refugium?

Size only about 20-30cm in width.

It will also be used to increase flow within tank.

And the pump should be quiet.

Does all HOB refugium includes a built-in light?

Else will have to source a suitable light again.
