SRC Member Aquareef123 Posted March 13, 2014 SRC Member Share Posted March 13, 2014 Could be water parameter, lighting (too strong or too weak), wave too strong. Where you place it? Should start from the sand bed first.

SRC Member Greenmariner Posted March 14, 2014 SRC Member Share Posted March 14, 2014 Did you acclimatise the red mushrooms before putting them into your tank? From experience, I found that acclimatising the corals by slowly dripping tank water into the holding bag prior to placement will prevent parameter shock which may lead to coral detachments from rocks. If you did not acclimatise the mushrooms, it could be a possible cause of detachments.
reef garden
It could be the waves are too strong and they got dislodged. If light is too strong, they would likely be bleached instead. All the best. SRC Member titustitus Posted July 7, 2014 SRC Member Share Posted July 7, 2014 haha let it float to somewhere it likes. or u can take a small box, fill it with tank water and some small debris and let them latch on to it. then u glue down that small bit of debris onto your rocks in the tank.
