Fall of the rock??..either could be To much wave or Light..Try moving it and see got..difference not..:)

Did you acclimatise the red mushrooms before putting them into your tank? From experience, I found that acclimatising the corals by slowly dripping tank water into the holding bag prior to placement will prevent parameter shock which may lead to coral detachments from rocks. If you did not acclimatise the mushrooms, it could be a possible cause of detachments.

It could be the waves are too strong and they got dislodged. If light is too strong, they would likely be bleached instead.

haha let it float to somewhere it likes. or u can take a small box, fill it with tank water and some small debris and let them latch on to it. then u glue down that small bit of debris onto your rocks in the tank.
