Shredded anemone

hi all, as noted my anemone became shredded meat when it got sucked up my PH. the whole tank turned milky and ammonia spike came in.....2 damsels got knock out and nvr came back... 2 clowns survive with 1 damsel....my cauliflower also weakened but dunno whether it is due to the ammonia spike.

i did a 50% water change. and now waiting for watever is to happen....

very demoralised.... but still keen on doing wat i can....pls advise me on wat other things i can do to prevent any deaths in my tank....or wat symtoms i should keep track of.....
