Red Sea Max local distributor ?

Hi all ,

My lights on my rsm 130 went kaput a few days ago and Im desperate to find a replacement for them .

As the tank was given to me by someone else , I do not know where they sell spare replacement equipments , however I hear that Qian Hu has them .

I've been trying to contact Qian Hu for quite some time now but my email seem to never ever reach them . Anyways , does anyone here know where I would definitely get find them at ?

The bulbs are 2 55watt T5 power compact florescent . They are a little unique as in theres actually 4 tube but are connected together . It only has one end and at the other end its a U-shape .

Actually , theres another thing that I'm considering . Is there another lighting option for the RSM130 ? Like for example metal hailides or LEDs ? My budget is arnd $200 sgd so i cant go for the fanciful ones like Radions , maxspec or Al vegas . It would help alot , Thanks ! (if you do have a used one and would like to get rid of it , please give me a pm , and we shall discuss the price )

Hi dn. I also have a rsm 130d. I`ve only ever found lights at qian hu. Like you i have thought about converting to leds, but wattage issues between here and USA have kept me from moving ahead with it till i return. I have read on various sites|forums that other lights are possible using the stock rsm ballast. Below was used by famous forum writer and blogger on his rsm. Quian hu is closed for cny, but you could try one of the light shops in Balestier?
