i'M USING 0.5 hP FOR SIX MTHS already. so far so good with the noise level

I'm using a 1.25hp for almost a yr. You can say the noise level is "tar kong". Can be heard thru'out the house

I have a close friend who has a 0.5hp Hailea chiller. He has to change the motor of his fan at least once a year to get rid of the noise. Lucky the fan motor is not very ex. Those with nosiy chiller may want to consider changing out the fan motor and see if it eliminate the noise.
