Fishes start rub on sand in 1 month setup tank - advise?

If u intend to keep fish only, my advise is hypo treatment or seachem copper. These are the only proven methods. I used seachem copper for my tank with good result. Within 3 days u will see the difference. Good luck.

I still have 3 cleaner shrimp in tank & very difficult to catch them out. If copper treatment will kill them, right? U mean Aquapharm & dosing good bacteria will not help even I follow the direction to dose 10 days?

Based on what i tried, if it is reef safe, its also ich safe.

If wc the whole tank with fresh new salt water, does this help remove ich in the tank?

Continue to keep water conditions good, feed enriched food, avoid stirring the sand bed. Once ich enters your tank it'll always be there unless you let it go fish less for extended periods. Best to help the fishes fight it off. Garlic enrichment is said to boost immune system.

If symptoms are severe, then medicate. Every hobbyist has their trusted medicine. Mine is Artemis from MicrobeLift.
