Just google nudibranch eggs and you'll see the many permutations of the nudi egg mass. Your photo is a bit blurry but either looks like an egg mass or damaged and sick zoas.

You need to hunt it by using a torch light. Easier to caught them when total darkness. I having the same problem.. my nudist even fatter than yours
