Update. with clear PVC riser tube. Doing wet run. Forgive the blue basin. doing wet run test and the return pipe not glued yet. using teflon tape. Want to determine best length before I glue it.

Only thing to do now is to let it run in and wait for the skimmage and adjust the water level accordingly liaoz.

Well when I left for work this morning, the foam has risen almost to the top liaoz. (Rushing for work, no time to take pics). So cant wait till I get home tonight to see the results. Hope I get thich thick KOPI!! ke ke...

Hmmm..... never thought of submerging my sump leh!!! ke ke.....

The height is almost 3ft and wont fit into my sump. but the top cap is not glued so I still hve a choice of shortening the chamber to fit into sump. this is just trial. will do a BIGGER, TALLER, WIDER one!! ke ke....

Can put beside wat, spray paint it and put chio bu poster on the chamber lor!! keke

Anyone here knows if the skimmer by marine sources have a modified impeller or just a normal impeller?? Coz the foam it produce also quite thick rite.

Well. I was thinking of doing the needle wheel from scratch. The bio ball is too small for a bigger pump. Like what alvy said. Useless use more smaller pump instead of 1 bigger pump. hmm......
