It had a sudden seizure and lost the ability to swim and died, while the others are still fine. Is this a sign of cyanide poisoning? This death is so sudden and unexpected.

Maybe, a few will react this way like paralyse and die..

Is there any treatment for fish affected by cyanide?

From what I know, there are fish certified to be caught without cyanide. However when I ask for the certification, most of the fish shop owners either don't know what I'm talking about or claim it takes too much effort to get the certification. I've also heard of fish harvested under supervision from the marine aquarium council.

Would you know if there are sources for such sustainable fish in SG?

The only shop that I know is recognised by MAC is coralfarm as they export various locations in US.. Their quarantine facility is up to MAC standards which I think other lfs dun practice much quarantine procedures..

I think most regional collectors and supplier used cyanide to a certain extent as it is easier to get the cryptic species..

Sadly no cure for cyanide once it gets to the point where you can see any signs it is already too late..
