Hi,

Has anyone successfully growing chaeto in the refugium under dymax astro light?

I'm thinking of setup a small refugium to grow chaeto in my nano tank but due to compartment constraint in my small sump so I am looking at this astro light as it's small and compact :rolleyes:.

Those who using it please advice.

Hey bro, I am using this. Cheato growing like weed. Take note the goose neck will rust easily

2 Feet Tank: (Decom Feb 2015)
-Lightings : Pharos LED light 90W with wireless controller
-Chiller : Arctica 1/10HP with H2Ocean Flow Pump 2000
-Wavemaker : Vortech MP10ES
-Skimmer : Bubble Magus NAC 3.5
-Return Pump : Eheim Compact 3000
-Reactor – TLF150 (Mod) with NP Biopellet
-Reactor – TLF150 with Rowaphos

Thanks bro. Yap...I am aware that the goose neck will rusty easily so I am not buying the Dymax brand as I found the imitation one, JY-FL13 from Taobao which is much cheaper so I just ordered 2 today.

Hi bro, can tell how much for the shipping over to SG ?? Looking to buy the same lights too haha

IMO, not much saving if u ship to SG unless you can ask someone to hand carry back. I have a few China colleagues so I am asking them to help hand carry in after their return from hometown visit :D .

Im using it on my chaeto Good choice of light & cheap too

Oooo.... thanks bro, haha cause i was clicking at it and saw the price+shipping for 2 is like $10 savings....

think i'll just get it in Singapore then, less hassle and waiting time :)
