Feeding red feather star

Hi everyone I have a problem. I bought a red feather star yesterday and was told it eats phytoplankton so I thought everything was going to be fine. Put the phytoplankton solution in but it didn't eat, and it didn't eat any of the frozen reef food with tiny bits of krill and vitamins either. Anyone has any experience in taking care of them?

They are for expert aquarist. I have no luck with them, previously kept twice. Slowly slowly become botak :/
