PROX
Having my vortech in night mode (-50%) after light off. Too much flow at night might not allow fish to rest properly. Afterall, they are confined in our limited aquarium space. Sent from my GT-N7100 using Tapatalk

SRC Member MAG Posted December 7, 2013 SRC Member Share Posted December 7, 2013 I set my two wave maker to on using timer from 1600-2200. Reason of doing this is: 1) Safe electricity(main reason) 2) Let corals and fishes to have a more peaceful enviroment(sounded a bit rediculous but i think is good for them) But of course the sad back is life spend on the wave maker will be shorten. lauterbrunnen
please attached for my FTS. The LRs are in the middle so the tangs will have swimming space circling from back to front. The WP40 is pointing to the back and return pump pointing to the front creating a washing machine effect :-P

I turn it on manually once in a while when in the mood to force dirt to the overflow. Sent from my LG-D802 using Tapatalk
