Tunze 9002 and Eheim compact 600 pumps

Hello!

I am a new member here

Anyways i just got a 2nd hand Red Sea Max 130 aquarium from my uncle but the skimmer airline tube broke... Also , one of the return circulation pump does not work...

I read many articles online and they all say that a good replacement for the stock skimmer as well as the circulation pump is the Tunze 9002 and the Eheim compact 600 pump respectively.

Now , i know that i may get these items at fresh 'n' marine but they are outrageously expensive so does anyone knows where i can get them , preferably at a cheaper price (Online or in singapore ) .

Also , there's a popular website out there known as shop.mediabasket.com and marinedepot . I scrolled through their items and i found out that the skimmer as well as the pump is much cheaper there ...

So. Anyone here that has bought any items from there ? I know its a Foreign website therefore the delivery charge might be quite expensive ... i was just wondering if any of you could tell me the price for the delivery charge?

Oh and if anyone here has a spare one used/unused (in working condition) and would like to get rid of it please sell it to me at a cheaper rate please

For the eheim pump, I will recommend seaview at seletar farmway. I have bought many equipments from seaview for my freshwater tank as it is quite near to my house and I can take my time to walk around the whole shop, the size of a warehouse. They mostly sell freshwater equipments and not much marine equipments sold.

IMHO, It's more expensive to purchase Tunze 9002 from US unless they provides a free international shipment. Beside purchase price, you must also seriously consider the warranty issue, shipping cost, ac voltage & frequency different for equipment(US voltage is 110v, 60hz), currency exchange rate and time delivery hor .

BTW, local sponsor is selling Tunze 9002 at SGD199 nia. For Mediabaskets.com purchase which I estimated the total cost is around SGD200 -240 to reach Singapore so you do the math which is more worth to buy..... !
