Orangeshoulder Tang

Hi all, any reefer keeping this fish?

I have recently purchase this tang from a reefer. His hobby is to swipe up sand n create a sand storm. I think he is trying to create a deeper cave among holes of my scaping. So is this the normal behaviour of orangeshoulder tang?
