SRC Member arcanehacker Posted February 13, 2004 SRC Member Share Posted February 13, 2004 .. always feel sad when dogs part with owners.. I know there's a bond between them liao but... Quote Why do we use "My 2 cents worth" when 1 cents are not legal tender in Singapore anymore? Shouldn't it be 5 cents worth? SRC Member tiger Posted February 13, 2004 SRC Member Share Posted February 13, 2004 oh dear, very stressful for the dog too and he is only 4 months old. Why not you try to keep him, will never regret keeping one, especially schnuazie, they are very clever and loyal, me got 2 of them, with me for 6years+. You will sure find time, everyone got the same time(24hr) , abit difficult at first (lee chay, some say), but sure you will luv them later. cheers. good luck. SRC Member Matt06 Posted February 13, 2004 SRC Member Share Posted February 13, 2004 I suggest that you post else where, you might like to try SingNet, anyway, I hope this serve a a good example for the rest of us, never buy things especially animals if you think you are not able to take care... Think twice. I am having my Shih Tzu, 3+ mths. Very active and follows everywhere I go within the house. Nice puppy. Hope that yours will get a good and secure home soon... KingFish
BlueHeaven, I have 3 Mini Schnauzers myself and I can always find time for them even in my busy schedule. You can try posting in DoggieSite but the members there run on a short fuse so I'd thread carefully. Your concern should be to find a suitably experienced dogkeeper who is equipped to take care of the Davies. You can followup with his new owner on a regular basis until you're sure its in good hands. *Note: I cleaned out some of the 'trash posts' in your thread as I do not think this matter should be trivialised. SRC Member Yellowbelly Posted February 14, 2004 SRC Member Share Posted February 14, 2004 Hey, if Mini Schnauzer wait for you and pounce on you the moment you comes back that is because it is already attached to you...you just need to give yourself some time to adjust to having a lively pet. I have a beagle ...which is even more livelier than yours....in the end, I have kept him for six years....I still managed to find time even when I am very busy. I for one would recommend that you keep it, you would love him as he grow. I would have love to keep him ...but already got two...one beagle and one hu li guo so more than enough Just my two cents worth

chung
MS are really good nature dog. Don't bark too much also. Have one for 2.5 years liao. However, I'm anticipating some problem next year. Cos I may have to sell my flat next year as my wife & I are separated. Then, I cannot buy flat myself, I will not be able to keep my dog if I'm renting a place. Been on my mind for many months. Well, guess I'll cross the bridge when I'm facing it next year.
