Maxspect razor nano

Anyone using maxspect nano? Wondering if the timer clock is self powered or Do I need to leave the main switch on all the time 24/7.

What you meant by the timer? Its a built in controller panel and you need to turn on the set at all times. Hope I explained. You may contact me at 81820613. I can share my exp.

Yup, need to run the controller 24/7. There are 6 different time settings per day at 30 mins interval.

The clip on bracket is too long and can't clip on the back of tank because of the IOS partitions blocked the bracket. Can only clip of the left or right side of tank. Thought of cutting vertical slits on the bracket to slot over the IOS partitions but didn't want to weaken the bracket. Anyone has the same problem and found a better solution?

I just measured the clip on bracket and is longer than the normal bracket for 160w. The nano bracket is at 20cm long. In the end, I just clip to the side.

Different tank have some different. Photo will reveal actual condition. Maybe can DIY an holder.

That's what I did clip in the side but feel clip at the back will be nicer. Looking around for some sort of shorter bracket to clip the maxspect bracket on it.
