Brown (hair??) algea

Hello Guys, I am always having this type of algea in my sand bed everyday. Are these cause by too much light? I am using maxspect r420 160w 16k. Here are my settings. W:0 B:1 - 7am W:1 B:3 - 10am W:70 B:85 - 1pm W:75 B:85 - 6pm W:20 B:40 - 8pm W:0 B:0 - 1030pm My NO3 is 0. Dont test posphate yet. With refugium and biopellets. Sent from my LT26i using Tapatalk

Usually happens in new tank or old tank, do a test on po4.

I recommend Ultralife Red Slime Remover. I think I saw some in Aquamarin.

Works like a charm. And yes, check parameters.

I put rowaphos in the sump. I will observe for few days to look for improments. I not Will try other method like what have suggested.
