Lighting advice

Hi guys..I just started trying out some SPS...I wish to get some advice on what type of lighting to use..LED, T5 or MH...my tank is 3 x 2.5 x 2....

i assume height's 2ft?

how about giving us your budget,

low budget = Evergrow/Eshine Fixture

mid budget = Maxspect Razor 160w 16k

High Budget = Maxpect Razor, Kessil A360 (x2), GHL Mitras (x2 and also the best option)

T5 is the way to go, an immediate effect on the colours of Sps . Good for growth too.

MH is undoubtedly the best for Sps, constant and reliable , even for the most demanding Sps.

It's for a long term commitment .

Led, I have no comment. But I use it at night to bring the colours out.

That's my personal opinion.

like what uncle mike mentioned, T5 and MH have shown results over the years.

if High budget try AI Vega/Hydra.

Ati t5 with 6 tubes or more is the best for me... Go read up on tubes selections and placement if u r not sure... Still not sure after reading? Pm me...
