Sponge for angelfish

Currently in my tank is emperor n flagfin angel..thinking of adding in Blueface but tank a bit small..3 2 2.5 oni..

For this fishes just feed pellets and seaweed will do. They dont need special diet

Some of the new pellet foods has sponge in it. If you want Brightwell Aquatics AngeLixir Food Soak for Spongivorous Marine Fishes has sponge like nutrients in it. Some of the other specialized angel foods work too, but IMO normal food is perfectly fine to feed them long term

Ok noted bro..my flagfin do eat pellets but not as fast as the other fishes in my tank..he oso dun like to eat mysis n brine..so I tot of getting sponge for him..just to pamper him..haha

Some of the angelfish only eat fresh sponge food like Formular One. So sad Aquamarine dont bring in any more because of the low demand.

it's expensive to feed angelfish long term. Assuming that the sponge lasts a week, you spend $24 a month feeding your angel fish

Yeah, I agree. My sponge is for display only - not for food.
