Hi, I would like to share this very tough anemone which is in my tank for more than a year. This Anemone lives in my 3 2 2.5 FOWLR which have almost full tank crashes for 2 times. During once rescaping, I accidentally fell down with him stick to a LR on my hand. The whole LR and him was splashed to the floor. I thought it will b the end of him but no. He survive. So far he has hosted a black & white clown, Tomato clown and a Maroon clown but now, he is alone.

Anyone can help ID this anemone. Thanks

Present time..

So anything to note for taking care of a bleached bubble?

you should just feed him food like oyster or market prawn every 3-7 days and it would start growing it's zooxanthelle back within a few months

Food & strong light when I bought mine it was bleach badly almost transparent. The shop assistant used a rusty scraper to remove it from the glass.

Thanks all..oyster as in those sell frozen in supermarket ok?..I try to feed scallop once but he's not interested..

you gotta put it near the mouth and leave it for around 3 minutes. If it shows no interest then try prawns. If still no interest then you gotta see if it recovers by itself, and remove it and toss it away if it starts melting

He is at a slanted position. The food can't stay still at his mouth leh. Plus I think my fish will steal away the food lo. Haha

hey bro, can you define your normal led lighting?

it maybe running away from too much lighting as well.

i use to feed my rbta with some mysis and pellets.. never really feed them market prawn etc after reefing for awhile.

to be exact, i did not delibrately feed it. usually the food just flow near it and if it gets it, it eats it.

alot of "it" lol
