How to make this coral grow?

I have this coral with mi for about 1mth, it seem like it not growing.. More like dying...

How can I care for it?

Another thing is do you guys clear away the dirt in your sump?

Doesn't look like u placing in a bright lit area, try placing in a stronger lit area wif moderate flow. As for the dirt, u can off ur pump for a while and siphon it away. But some reefers juz dun bother, it is up to individuals.

Wavemaker : Jebao MOW-9 x2 for Main Display Tank & Jebao SLW-20M  Sine Wave Pump for  Frag Tank.

Water Top Up: AutoAqua Smart ATO Lite.
