Hi bro don't ask me about tat my tank consider ultra high nutrient with poor water quality because of my lazy style of reefing without any carbon dosing & wc only done when found rtn or stn or salinity drop even skimmer cup never clean for months ... so my water parameter really paiseh to tell ...

I've been using Razor 300w for my 4X2X2. the only colours I can see is greens and browns. The polyps of my Tenius don't even open. they have been in my tank for more than a month. Seems to me that the LED brands don't matter since different people vouch for different brands.

Upgrade to an ATI sun power 8 tubes dimmable. I think Aquamarin having some good promotion price on it. With your diligent weekly water change coupled with the right spectrum of light, you will be on full HD colours and not just green n brown

Need advice from bros using maxspect razor nano keeping mostly sps. What are your settings? My setting is white max 30% and blue max 100% for 6 hrs daily.

What is $25 x 8 for 1/2 yr as compare to the money we spend on prize sps if the ati can bring out the sps colours easily?

Hi James, i'm currently using a razor 160w, not really happy with the colours of the sps last time. I restarted my tank now, seriously considering the radion / AI lights, but since u mentioned the T5, does it make sense to use that ? Since now everyone is using LEDs already

LED is a new technology.

If you believe in it you can consider.

Otherwise go for T5

For SPS tank go for high power LED like AI or Orphek.

Or if you know how to DIY, use good high power full spectrum LED

Better dont ask me, I am biase towards LED, and my opinion will not change till one day I personally witness a led lit tank that really impress me. Till then, if I want to spend my money on good lightings for corals, I will go for the proven ones like T5 or MH.
