DIY maintenance of chillers

hmmm. beside running solution thru the chilller, anyone else dismantle the casing to clean up the fan?

Me me! I dismantled the casing to fit the chiller into my wooden cabinet meant for electrical stuff, very easy access for cleaning.

i tried to but cannot remove leh... the water outlet was strck and i dare not to use force...

i think its time to raise this thread again. my chiller is getting weird as the flow coming out from it is barely felt even with a 2400l pump. i suspect calcium deposits are lurking in the tubing.....

hoping to vinegarise my chiller this sunday... i think i gonna go run out and get like 20 bottles of vinegar......

anyone has the same idea?

like mention in the begining.. why not just go for Sodium bicarbonate is baking soda and

Limescale removers which can be found in supermarkets or DIY shops. rather then vinegar which u will need alot alot and alot...
