I have a frequent brown sandbed issue and is wondering if this is a saver to that.

There is no mention of the ingredients used. Even the MSDS sheet does not say anything. This is probably just some nitrifying culture which you probably already have in your sandbed. Is there a cleaning crew for your sandbed?
