can anyone advise me on how to keep a tang. saw this cute black tang and was resonable. so blurr looking.

4 inches, if they quote you more than $200, you have a black tang.....

same care as for a YT or purple tang....give good food, build up resistance against ich...it will be fine

Anyway, if possible, quarantine it before introducing it to your main tank and also used strategies to counteract aggression if any...

$8....its a scopas...defintely not black tang,

black tang has veri long nose......cost more than $180 for a size slightly bigger than 50cent coin

why not go for yellow tang or purple tang....?

anyway, as long as the fish has no ich and is willing to eat at the LFS....or looks alert...not blur blur...should be OK.

Better to forget about the scopa and get a yellow or purple instead. Soon, you will grow sick of the colour of the scopa and then......sigh...

true....and chances are veri hard to find pple to adopt it...they have the same temperament as a YT or PT

hmmm well ok den. i always liked yt but purple are much cheaper rite. my fren got one wif me at PR for 15. aniwae maeb cos it was big.y are dey more x wen dey get bigger ar?

or maeb cos it was the last one. my fren advise my to get smaller ones. less tempremental

YTs are cheaper than Purple tangs...Purple tang from Red Sea, YT from Hawaii.

Both the same lah, once established....will be aggressive....big or small...the same....

Put in other fishes first...
