is my pink stylo n green pocci growing or dying?

Hi all,

Just wanted to check if my pink stylo is okay.

Cos there's that completely white baby stump

green pocci has black dots

And need another pc of advice. My alkalinity dropped fr 10+ to 6.608 (over a month) today when I tested. Did my sps cause that drop? Any advice on getting it back up?

Based on the shadow from the pink stylo, it seem like the bigger branches are shading the light from the baby branch preventing it from getting enough light. Thus bleaching it. If there's still polyps on it. Try to reposition it so that all branches can get the light on them. And if there's no more polyps, juz skeleton, means it has stn. Chop off the affected stump to prevent it from spreading. Hope this helps.

I hope I'm not hijacking your post. I love pocci but I never had any luck with them despite trying it out more than 4 times. The polyps don't even open up properly after introduction. My other sps like digitata and bird nest are fine. Anyone knows what are the pocci needs that are different from others?

My pocci love high pulsing flow and medium light. Target feed it with oyster feast once a week. Avoid touching it once you position it and polyps are showing.
