My pail is new one.i only best result achieve is by going for full flow and get 10 but still can't achieve zero.I have been trying n letting water flow for the past 3hours.Really dunno what's wrong,

Maybe DI raisin not correctly filled to the brim ? I had experience after changing my DI unit , there was pockets air and therefore not compact enough causing Some DI reading

Bro i use 2 stage DI unit from madpetz about 18 month fine draw out water TDS meter show 0.

Bro brought from madpetz 2 stage DI resin & carbon good enough. 1 resin & 1 carbon biock can collect about 180lit. have been using it for 18 month change 6 time of resin & carbon block.

Bro Aldrick, maybe u can try this method. Dun connect ur ro/di unit to ur tap first. Turn on ur tap water and reduce to a level where it is dripping drop by drop, dripping a few drops per sec. Then u connect the faucet to ur unit. Collect for 1-2 more litres and see what's the reading on ur TDS meter.

Bro our tap water range is 70ppm when water pass Di or RO unit you were get 0ppm. Bro dont waste your time taking in & out your DI unit . go and exchange. Resin were not expire if it never touch water. i change resin & carbon went TDS meter show 20ppm.

Hi bros. Any updates if you can manage 0 TDS reading. I have just bought a Crystal Pro from Iwarna too and I'm not able to achieve 0 reading. Slow flow = 30++ reading and fast flow 15 reading. Just couldn't let 0 reading.

Just to share my experience.

When I bought my Crystal Pro 3 stage it could not achieve 0 TDS reading with the resin & carbon that came with it(> 20). After I purchased a brand new set of resin & carbon cartridge I manage to see 0 ~ 2 TDS. Unfortunately, after about 2 months it went up to 6 TDS.

my tap water also 60+ TDS.. i run mine through a 1 carbon + 2 resin in a crystal pro unit.. resin carbon bought from madpetz since the original was used up.. it took me probably only 1 hour or so to make 30L of water..and yes my TDS is 0. Im guessing you insert your cartridge wrongly.. or try to run it faster see what happens.

yes bro, thats the one im using. i run my 60 tds water through the carbon stage, and 3 resin stage. i use 3 because this allows me to make my water faster.. 30L of water probably only takes me half an hour to produce

Just tested water today for my weekly maintenance and it shoot up to 22 lowest and it's only 6 days old. My tap water reading is like only 31 so i'm like as good as using tap water now..

Any bros here know how to open the cartridge up to refill the resin? Or we need to purchase new one to refill? Where can we get them? Thanks in advance for advice..

Check your flow rate. For a new set/resin, I believe you need high flow rate for it to be optimum.

If you like to replace the resin, get the refill and reuse the crystal pro cartridge case. However, you need to ply it open. It may crack or break if you exert too much force.

Crystal Pro resin (normal or power) ones have since been giving problems. It is almost impossible to obtain 0 reading nowadays. My advice, shun this brand...... To effectively obtain 0 reading with much less hassle, try Madpetz resins. For those using crystal pro canisters, all you need is to buy empty containers and fill them up with Madpetz resins & charcoal. I can assure you guys 0 will be obtainable effortlessly. As for those who wanted a fair exchange of the crystal pro product, you may contact the direct supplier David-98270233 to seek replacement. I hope my advice helps. Cheers.

I just got from Madpetz the refillable empty cartridge, resin and carbon from Ken. Hopefully I can get the same 0 TDS reading like you.

Tested and proven. My TDS reading is finally 0. An expensive lesson to learn for this DI unit but at least I have finally get the wonderful 0. Thanks mate.
