No restrictions but I think you need an import permit, you need to submit the CITIES certification from the exporter and to declare to AVA that its not for sale but for your own use. You also need to clear customs and arrange for transportation/freight.

It's a lot of work.

Why do we use "My 2 cents worth" when 1 cents are not legal tender in Singapore anymore? Shouldn't it be 5 cents worth?
