Assistance with movement of Large animals

Hi we are moving some large marine animals thru Singapore from Australia and then on to Europe later this year and we would like to do a water change in Sg can anyone point me in the direction of a company that does volume good quality saltwater there have tried few marine wholesalers with no luck.
