Is it ok to put live stock in sump ?

Wonder whether should put livestock in sump (I have dsb / refugium)... Thinking of putting a few sand sifting LS but will this add to detritus on the dsb ??

I have some LS in my fuge ... Sea cukes and pistol shrimps .

I hope the pistols will spawn ahah

The sand sifting fishes should help with e detritus instead. And it's good to keep them at Dsb cuz it will not disturb ur corals in DT.. Used to haf some of these fishes in my Dsb last time too
