What are these "bubbles"?

Ive spotted many bubbles lying on the glass of my tank. What it means? Too much salt or what. My water salinity is 1.021 measured from my hydrometer. Currently no equipment in my tank. No filter or skimmer or anything activated. Pls adivse thanks !

Lighting: AI hydra 52HD

Skimmer: Deltec SC 1455

Reactor: Minimax; rowaphos

Skimz  ; NP biopellets

Wave Maker: MP 40 WQD

Return pump: Eheim 1262

Chiller: Arctica 1/10 hp

It is nothing just jusr your net or fingers to pop them new tank gets it sometimes. 1.021 is still not enough salt. Better raise it to min 1.23 at least since you are cycling the tank.
Bro, I believe you meant 1.023... 1.23 will be salted fish :)

I've bought a wave maker n a filter alr. now my tank is quite cloudy, and my room is polluted with the smell of the live rocks.. anyway to cure the smell and the cloudiness?

It's e ammonia spike n part n parcel of cycling. Cloudiness will clear after a few days n u will noe that ammonia is zero n u r in e nitrite phase. For e smell perhaps an air freshener?

can it be air being relase during ammonia - NO2 to N03 process? u wanna test the water to see?

tested nitrite, its quite high.. or is it my filter is too strong? the return pump from my filter is quite strong. Alot of tiny tiny air bubbles are created now in the water when i on my canister filter.
