My damsel fish has established its territory in my whole tank except for some corners, it does nt chase away existing members but any new fishes introduced will be chased and nipped at...now, my firegody is banished to a secluded corner of my tank and dosen`t swim around much...it seems to be eating healthily.....other then removing the damsel fishes, will adding more rocks and coral to gif more hiding spaces help?...my tank now quite bare, now only gt 2 'main' cave...

You can try rearranging your LR so all your fishes have a new chance to get used to a new environment and then stake out their own areas.

Or remove the damsel.

(still don't know why people are still buying these devils! :D)
